This journal contains articles from psychological research in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Consumer Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Social Psychology.
The regulations implemented by the Motiva Journal must be obeyed by all parties, such as the publication process, publisher, editor, reviewer and author.
The code of ethics for scientific publications is based on 3 ethics or rules, namely (i) Title, does not adhere to elements of S.A.R.A (Ethnicity, Religion, Race and Intergroup) and also conflicts in publication management; (ii) Justice, giving author rights to the author; (iii) Honesty, published articles must be free from duplication, fabrication, forgery and plagiarism in publication.
Publishers Responsibility
- The publisher of Motiva: Journal of Psychology is responsible for the manuscript provided, after going through the editing, reviewing and checking process based on scientific publication regulations.

Editors Responsibility
- The editor of Motiva: Journal of Psychology is responsible for the selected articles by applying the established publishing regulations

Motiva Editor: Journal of Psychology has the right to decide which manuscripts are suitable for publication. The manuscript must refer to applicable legal requirements regarding regulations not to commit defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.

In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the Motiva: Journal of Psychology editorial team is based on the principle of equal treatment in making decisions to publish manuscripts without distinguishing between race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality or political ideology of the author.

The editor and editorial team of Motiva: Journal of Psychology will not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts or manuscripts except with the author's permission.

Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the editor for their own purposes and will be returned to the author.
Reviewers Responsibilities
- Peer reviewers assist editors in making decisions and through editorial communications that are then conveyed to authors. The assistance provided by peer reviewers concerns the review of text/article content.
- Any texts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Manuscripts must not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.
- The peer reviewer is responsible for the recommendations of the texts he/she checks.
- The manuscript study is conducted objectively, and supported by clear arguments.
- Reviewers are responsible for citations, references, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the texts they review.
- Reviewers must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use information from the manuscripts they review for personal gain/interest.
Author's Responsibility
- The author writes the results of his thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
- The author writes every reference used in the text according to the rules of scientific writing.
- The author can ensure that the manuscript submitted to the Journal of Police Science has never been published in other media, and has not been sent to another journal.
- The author ensures that research activities are carried out in accordance with the code of ethics.
- Authors must show references to the opinions and works of others that are quoted.
- Authors must write manuscripts ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing rules.
- When the author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in the published text, the author has an obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and work with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
- The author does not mind if the text is edited in the review and layout process without changing the substance or main idea of the writing.
